Poor food, deception and inconvenience

I went through the drive through of McDonalds in the Willow Way shopping centre and I've noticed recently that when placing an order, the person taking the orders only asks whether you want large or supersize as if these are the only 2 choices. And if you say you want large thinking its a medium, you get charged extra for it which is extremely deceiving. It seems this is the norm in all McDonalds now. In my last few experiences, when paying cash for my food, I get handed my change in small copper coins. Right now I'm sitting with R21.60 in 50c, 20c and 10c coins only from the change of my latest order. How is this acceptable?? Why aren't the tills properly stocked with cash for change?? Then let's get to the food which is poor. My Texan burger was just slapped together with the patty hanging half off the buns and the lettuce lying next to the burger. Also no hash brown at all. This isn't just a one time experience, its consistantly bad all the time as of late. Cokes only half filled, mcflurrys with hardly any ice cream in them
