I bought food at Parkrand Mcdonalds, mcmixer.. They failed to get the order right, I waited for my food as thery asked me to do.. When my food arrived my chips were old and oily.. And my burger looked like it has been standing for a week, the garnish was old, the chicken on the burger was hard and the mayo was sour and had a bad smell to it..
I love Mcdonalds and did not expect this bad service from them.. I live close to that mcdonalds and this was not the first time that I have had problems with them..
Its unhygenic and not profesional..
I'm put off with mcdonalds because of this bad quality, so I came to hello peter with them.. This is unacceptable for mcdonalds is a world wide brand and I was/is one of their clients..
