I went to McDonalds westgate, bought two meals (Big Mac and MacRoyal). Had to wait for 15 minutes, when I asked the cashier what the hold up was, she said "I don't know" and did absolutely nothing to find out what the cause of the delay was. I got my order and went back home. To my surprise half of the bun was soiled with a thick layer of salt and pepper, I had to discard half of the burger. I am a regular at McDonalds Westgate and after the bad tasting food and bad service, I shall not bother going to buy food there.
