On Sunday my wife and I stopped off at McDonalds to try out the new Texan burger. It was only when we arrived home that we realised the Texan burger was missing the much advertised hash brown. It was obviously far beyone worth travelling back to notify McDonalds of this mistake, so I popped them a mail the next day to let them know they had a quality control problem (that or someone at the Milnerton branch is eating all the hashbrowns - what frustrates me is that when a customer bothers to notify them of poor service, an area they should thank me for bringing to their attention, I don't get so much as an apology, a vote of thanks or a replacement meal? BURGER KING - HERE I COME!!!
