A colleague and myself went to KFC Randpark today (Friday - 8 March) we ordered 2 Zinger boxmasters and a Zinger burger among other things. We got back to the office and started eating our "zinger" meals and none of them were zinger - they were all just ordinary meals. Also my colleague ordered a coke with her meal and never got it. After waiting 15 mins to order our food this is terribly unacceptable!!
The lady who served us was Trocia M as it states on our receipts. She was unhelpful as well as very rude.
This is not the service you expect when going to any store or restaurant!!!
When we phoned to complain we were told to drive all the way back so they could give us a coldrink??!! SO WE HAVE TO LEAVE WORK TO GO AND SORT OUT SOMEONE ELSE'S MISTAKE??? YOU REALLY TAKE THE!!
WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT BRANCH AGAIN!!
