Our family has been supporting this store since its opening and recently decided to rather travel the extra few kms to Glen Gables in future.
Service levels have dropped radically and we have faced numerous bad experiences:
1. Not answering our phone calls;
2. Pizza ingredients different than ordered;
3. The "no thick base stock" excuse even though these orders are taken over the phone.
4. And waiting the endless hour or so, even though they indicate the typical 15 to 20 minutes.
What a pity - we loved this store for many years.'
