At 18:35 I was at KFC in Midrand (boulders by the taxi rank) and there were only two cashiers working (in peak time). when asked one of them said 'can't you see it's just us two'.
Not only was the service very slow, but the chicken was under-cooked. So I was left hungry and unhappy!
In light of this - if it's peak time and the other KFC is closed then a plan should be made to satisfy customers.
This is disappointing as the KFC in the mall was closed and they said they will re-open at 6pm, but there was not sign or anything stating this.
I also feel I should mention that other branches go out of their way to assist - so I'm wondering if the dynamic or location of this branch automatically makes it acceptable for staff to treat and talk to customers willy nilly.
I should hope not!
