Inconvenience to the customers

I went to Boulders mall to withdraw money on Sunday afternoon and the door next to FNB branch was closed, so does that mean when Boulders mall is closed we cant withdraw our money because all FNB ATM machine are inside the mall?

This is any inconvenience to the customers.
