Incorrect Orde

On Sunday afternoon using the drive thru I went to order food for the family as i already knew what we wanted. On arrival a cashier named Lesego assisted me. I had to repeat my order 4 times to her with her still asking me am i sure that is what i want? The worst thing of it all was that at that time i was the only person using the drive thru and the shop itself was quiet as well. On getting to the collection window I checked my order to see if it was indeed what i have ordered as they tend to get it wrong. And to no surprise my order indeed was wrong once again after having to repeat myself. which meant i had to wait again for them to fix it.

If that is the service standard of KFC I will rather go across the street to the McDonald.
