Me and my boyfriend when to steers in fordsburg to have ice and juice, so I made my order, 1 Fanta orange, 1 orange juice, one plain ice cream and one chocolate classic swirl . we got the order but when my boyfriend open his ice cream and had already put the spoon in, hadn't't tasted it, he realised they gave him a strawberry swirl. I spoke to the waitress bout the order and she took the ice cream back to change it but instead the manager came and asked if there was a problem and we told him that we ordered and classic chocolate swirl and got an strawberry instead can we please fix and get what we orders, he went and spoke to the lady to make the order, then the manager Tinash comes back and says we are lying about the order and we just didn't't like the taste of strawberry, he repeatedly said we were lying, so my boyfriend asked are u saying that a customer is lying he said yes, so we further asked if he would change it he said no, returned the ice cream to the table and moved on like nothing happened. I really cant believe how someone could be so rude and if the have something to say they can check the cameras for everything that happened..!!!
