I just had a terrible experience at this spur. I ordered fillet steak RARE with garlic sauce and veg. I was informed AS MY FOOD ARRIVED that they did not have veg or garlic sauce. I then asked for baked potato and was told that they also don't have that! My only option was chips and onion rings! Then my alternative sauce, mushroom, was freezing cold and my steak was medium well done. Normally I would not have paid too much attention to this if the rest of my food was available. I have never experienced such mis-management in my life. I feel so so dissapointed that I, the customer, actually had to pay for this. My hard earned money went to absolute waste. I could have done a better job of the food myself. The spur was completely empty as well, so it's not as if they were busy and struggling with 100's of orders! Truly a shocking experience.
