WE PURCHASED A FAMILY FEAST ON FRIDAY 5 JULY FROM KFC IN LAMBTON
WHEN WE GOT HOME WE FOUND THAT MOST OF THE PIECES WERE WAY UNDERCOOKED AND STILL INSIDE AND WE ENDED UP HAVING TO RE-COOK THEM IN THE MICROWAVE
ITS SUCH A DISAPOINTMENT - AS MY CHILDREN REALLY ENJOY AND LOVE THEIR KFC
DURING THE EVENING OF THE 5TH OF JUL;Y - I LOGGED ONTO THE KFC WEBSITE AND LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON THEIR WEBSITE.. ITS NOW THE 19TH OF JULY - AND I STILL HAVENT HAD ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FROM KFC REGARDING THE COMPLAINT
IT LEAVES A BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH - AND MAKES ONE WONDER WHY WE SHOULD SUPPORT A PRODUCT IF THERE IS NO AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE
