Incredible disorganisation

So two friends and I ordered Pizza from Debonairs. First I spoke to them and after they got the address continually wrong and were unable to find the road, I had one of my friends call them. He spelled the roads names out to them and eventually they got it. We proceeded to ask for what we wanted - just TWO "Something Meatys". They then told us that the bill will be R216. We then inquired as to why it would be that much for two large pizzas and they told us we had said three instead of two. So that was then changed back to two and we were told that the order would take round about an hour - They didn't mention what that would cost us before they put the phone down.

After about 20 minutes, we received a call from the driver confirming the address - which we did and were then told that they only deliver within 5km of the store and if we want it delivered there we will have to pay an extra fee - which they didn't tell us before over the phone when we gave them our address. That is where this entire thing ended after we received no feedback on how much our delivery would cost. We ended up driving into town to eat somewhere else...
