Went to Musgrave Branch in Durban. It will be the last time I ever waste my time there again.
The lady behind the cash register was more interested in her papers and documents and made no effort to stop doing this. I had to wait a good few minutes before she made the effort to attend to me.
I often visit this store for a Monday waffle special. No one on duty knew anything about a special, and I had to give up waiting as she seemed to not know how to contact anyone to establish what to do.
I wonder how long it will take for this store to close its doors, as clearly the staff there have no
interest in serving customers and appear to have limited or no training. Customers like me will simply vote with our feet and walk away for good.
I'm not going to get into a debate with the company - Its their business if they want to survive, not mine!
