We had a party of 16 at Coachmans on Saturday night, the waitress was very sweet, but dropped drinks and fell over her feet a few times. We did complain about the crab cake starters, one of our party did not enjoy the seafood casserole but she did say is was just not to her taste. I also had the seafood casserole I did not eat the crab so the owner proceeded to come to our table and teach me how to eat it (very embarasing). The vegetables arrived after most of the people had ate their food and the spinach was cold, we did get an apology from the waitress for the delay. When we paid the R5600 bill the owner asked my friend to go to the kitchen with him, her husband followed, he wanted to teach her also how to eat the crab, and told her she had insulted him by not eating his food. She did not complain about the food, just it was not to her taste. What an arrogant and rude person, we had all been to Coachmans a lot over the years, I will never go back it was so insulting and completely ruined the 3 special birthdays we where celebrating.
