On the 15th I visited KFC Secunda next to the old Shoprite to buy a krusher, and as I was waiting to be served? a lady went to the toilet where at the door? their was a sign that said please ask for the keys at the counter. but to everyones surprise? when she asked for the keys? she was then refered to another lady who was cleaning the floor.upon approaching the lady? the lady said you need to pay R2 if you wanna use the toilet. still surprised til todate? is it KFC policy to make their own customers to pay for the use of their toilets? it is with great disappointment that a well established business like KFC would do such and not even once did I hear a kfc staff member asking a customer to go to the toilet after buying food, yet they insist that you buy something before you can use their toilet. and yet we are sometimes blackmailed emotionally to donate R2, regardless of how many times do we buy per day and yet the staff members fails to sympathise with an old lady who so badly wanted to use the bathroom. and the manager on duty was of great help at all. I can happily say that KFC has lost my support.
