On the 06th of June 2013, i called the call centre and lodged a query with them regarding possible food poisoning that my son had picked up from their branch in Musgrave Durban on the 28th of May.
I spoke to a very pleasant consultant (on the 6th of June) who meticulosuly took all my details and assured me that someone from the franchise would contact me regarding this query. i explained that i couldnt query it sooner as my son had to be hospitalized for 3 days due to the illness.
Its been a month now and yet i am awaiting to hear from either the franchise or the head office.
I called the call centre again only to be told that someone will call me soon.
