As an operator (GM) for a restaurant in Fourways, unfortunately, we in this industry don't get all/if any compliments posted as apposed to complaints, etc... Sad but true.
My family and I go out weekly for dinner and most of the times we tend to go to Adega in Alberton...
This restaurant never disappoints!!!..The service is fantastic and the food they serve is consistent! After 30 years in this industry, I tend to scrutinise, look for faults in the competitors service/quality/etc... Adega in Alberton is 1 restaurant I can safely say deliver in all aspects of this industry!
"Tiger", who is head waitron is an absolute gem as is Patience who served us last night!!
As a fellow colleague in the industry, I would like to congratulate the owner and staff of this establishment for a job well done!!! Pity some of the other Adegas that I have frequented in the past don't follow suite.
