My family and I go to the Spur at Savanna Mall often and each time we go there. Service at our table is always delayed. Between the time we are seated and served is always 15-20 minutes. No drink orders are taken and each time we are seated we are told someone will be with us or the waiter is on their way. Then the waiter gets there and there is no apology offered for the delay or the fact that we have been left unattended. That is so wrong. The manageress on this Sunday 7 July. apologized but I have to ask why must I have to shout and fight for service when I am the customer. Then to top it off a family of 4 sit directly across us and the manger seats them and takes their order promptly. Are we not famous or popular enough that a manager can attend to us like they did for the other family. Im not looking for free vouchers or special treatment. I just wanna be served when I go there and not always have to fight for that.
