Waited in Drive Thru for an hour!

We went to KFC Strubensvallei to get something to eat yesterday 07 July 2013, but we waited in the Drive Thru for an hour. Staff issues inside. If I was the manager I would close the Drive Thru if I have not had enough staff to run the business smoothly.
