My Husband and I arrived at the drive through at 3pm yesterday afternoon - at ten to 4 we were still waiting in the queue - There were two cars in front of us - Clearly the car right in front had a problem as he was not moving - Instead of directing him to the parking lot to help the other customers - Your staff did nothing about this nor did anyone come done the line to take our order in the mean time - To wait almost an hour in a drive through is beyond shocking!! We eventually drove away without food and went to KFC where we ordered and left within 5 Minutes! Either close down your drive through section or employ staff who can handle situations!! Will definitely NOT be going to Steers at Carnival Mall again!!
