Order gone wrong

I am very unhappy about the quality of food I have been receiving lately from Steers at Honeydew Ridge.

The very first time I ordered a dagwood from this particular Steers, I thought it was the best Steers burger I ever had and would order a burger from there, once or twice a week. Lately, the burgers have really been disappointing.

I have always requested for very little sauce in my burger because if I dont, the burger comes soaked in barbeque and a thousand islands sauce. This makes the bread soggy and not very appetizing. Surely, If I am paying over R40 for a burger I should be able to tell you how I want it?

Today I asked for two dagwoods and egg well done, very little sauce. I emphasise this at least 3 times yet, my burger comes back soaked in sauce with the egg NOT well done. This has happened more than once and I have confronted them about it but the following week, they make the same mistake even after I repeat over and over how I want the burger. I took pictures of the burger and my order which I will be uploading on their facebook and twitter account.

I feel that if I pay so much money for a burger, I should have exactly what I pay for. Something should be done.
