We went to spur in Jabulani mall on the 25th August at around 6 pm, we placed an order of 2 kiddies fish fingers and chips meal with 2 strawberry milk shakes and 2 adults meal. Firstly we had to wait for almost 45 minutes to get our meal and the waitress had forgotten to place an order for our milk shakes. We waited 30 more minutes for our milkshakes. We paid our bill and to our surprise when we got home there was only 1 kiddies meal when we had paid for 2 kiddies meals. The is not good service. We cannot wait for almost an hour and a half to get home and find that one meal is missing. This is not tolerable. We wont be going to spur anymore especially on month.
