My wife went to the Braamfontein branch on 18/01/2012 at about 6pm. She was waiting in line along with the other customers. She is Indian but is very fair in complexion. She waited about 15 min but was passed over about three times as the staff refused to serve her in preference of the other patrons. The staff actually served 3 people who were after her in the line. This reeks of discrimination to us and we are utterly disgusted that Nando's staff would behave in this manner. Very disappointing from Nando's again. You used to be our goto fast food franchise but not any more. You've just lost a couple customers.
