Galitos kempton Park has the upmost unproffessional way of dealing with customers-you phone to place an order and the music is so loud in the shop you cannot hear one word the person is saying.

You request an item from the menu and you get told we dont have that!!! i mean where is the mentality when I tell him i am looking at your menu and it is here. It took them 15 minutes to find out how much their chicken burger and chips are and all this while im on hold paying for the phone call!

They ask me where must they deliver to i tell him 3 times he says he doesnt understand my language??? ENGLISH is the business language WHY employ people that cannot understand it??

PLEASE sort your branch out! this is not the first time it has happened.
