Our family eat a lot of Nando's and call our order in so we can just go and pick it up. In the last 3 months Nando's Centurion NEVER answers their phone, but the phone next to the till. I asked them about that and they say that Nando's policy is TO NEVER answer the phone when there is customers in front of them to be served. But are the people calling them THEN DOGS, and NOT also customers. I have given up on them. Sometimes i let the phone ring for 15 minutes on end. This happens to lots of my friends also. We have given up on them, and are now supporting the Nando's in Lifestyle centre, Rooihuiskraal. They have already lost a lot of customers because of this, and are still losing customers because of this bad MANAGEMENT. There is nothing wrong with the food, just this irritating phone issue.
