I am extremely disappointed with Nando's Queens Corner Pretoria (Queenswood). You are understaffed and don't know how to manage your clients. Your staff is unable to function under pressure and don't know how to deal with the lunch hour traffic. Your staff is also prejudiced to certain clients at the Queens Corner Franchise. It seems that only certain people get preferential treatment at your franchise. Your staff is conveniently ignoring customers based on their ethnic origin. They were unapologetic for the bad service and I am of the opinion that they should not be employed at Nando's. I will report this matter to every social media available to inform every customer the way Nando's is treating their clients
