I was "served" by a lady at the McCafe counter who ignored me for 10mins while speaking to her colleague. I had to call for help about 5 times. I asked her when will she help me. She looked at me, turned around, started laughing and carried on cleaning her machine and said "When i am finished and when you decide what to drink". I ordered Chai tea which they did not even have. She just said "No" and carried on cleaning. I demanded to speak to the manager (who, apparently was on lunch at 5pm on a Sunday?!?!) and i asked for her name which she refused to give me.
I will NEVER eat McDonalds at that branch ever again. come to think of it, NO MCDONALDS EVER AGAIN! this is not the first incident at this branch. Will much rather stand in a queue at Burger King for 2 hours.
