Poor attitude of manager at Cedar Square Cubana

I am someone who loves Cubana and have had excellent experiences especially at the Cape Town lounges and the one in Port Elizabeth. On Saturday early evening arriving with several friends at the Cedar Square lounge in Fourways we were met at the door a unfriendly man standing with his arms crossed, rudely asking whether we will eat or just drink as if we were only drinking we need to sit outside. The complaint we had was the reception we received at the door. When speaking to the manager who approached us with a poor attitude, lacking any finesse. Working in hospitality a manager should communicate with tact and diplomacy. Managers must communicate in a friendly manner with even the most difficult patrons at all times. Establishing relationships with customers is one way to assure repeat business. He spoke abrasively any actually said, "If you don't like the way I run my business you can leave". We obviously left and dined elsewhere and never to return while the same manager is in place.
