Wrong orde

I bought a meal from kfc Meredale (family treat 6pcs) with 4 milkshakes my complain is based on the wrong order they gave me four ice cream instead of milkshakes and I was driving with kids imagine that surprise when the kids where looking forward to enjoy their milkshakes can some one explain please
