Me and my husband went to Piatto on Saturday 29 June 2013 to have my favourite dish- Prego Roll. We asked the waiter who served us (can't remember his name) if the dish was hot and he said "no, its not very hot" which I replied "good because I don't like it hot, it should be very mild". My Husband also told him that I don't like hot food and he nodded. After waiting very long for our food, someone came by telling us our food is on its way, the grillers gas was being replaced. Loking at the dish I was shocked cause for the type of meal, it was VERY SMALL.We started eating when I noticed my food was hot. So I decided to try a few more bites and then took a bite which was saucy-it literally had me choking in the chilli sauce, which my husband had to help get out of my airway. If I were an older lady I would surely be in hospital now. I lifted the bun from the steak and found that the whole thing was covered in chillies! My husband took a bite and said both of it was very hot. Nt in the mood for fighting with management, he ate both rolls and we paid the bill and left as we were going to be late for an appointment. What a bad experience for our first time at Piatto. Still have chilli burns..
