ON Sunday 30 June 2013 at around 8:40 I bought the new RIBSTER burger at Steers Meadowlands.
When i got home I found that the burger was not freshly prepared as the bun had shrunk which indicated to me that it was only pre-heated upon my order and then handed to me with the hope that I won't have the time to come back and complain.
So i drove back to raise this, no one cared or tried to salvage the situation including the manager. The lady who prepared my food laughed at me to my face as i complained and the manager (Sambulo) did nothing. (You can ask Ayanda who was working the till should you not believe me)
I am most disgusted by this treatment and i feel cheated. I have been very supportive to this branch specifically but yesterday just showed me that i should rather take my money elsewhere.
