Bad Service and Management

I ordered two starters (grilled Haloumi and Grilled Calamari) and no drink at around 12:30-12:35 from Nathi who appeared to be a trainee (whore a light blue t-shirt).
Without further checking on me Nathi placed some hard, dry, reheated slices of bread on my table at 13:00.
I was just starting to try an get some ones attention to ask after my order when Kevin brought a pan of food my way. Unfortunately it was garlic bread so I asked him to please call a manager.
5 minutes later he (Kevin) brought me the correct order. After another minute or two Nathi came out and asked me if every thing was in order I told him that I was not happy with how long it took to prepare my food an that the calamari was cold. He took the pan back and brought it back scalding hot (which is fair enough) 5 minutes later. During all this time Kevin was standing 5 meters away and avoiding eye contact with me until he brought me the bill.
I asked Nathi after the managers name and he told me it was Eugene.
I saw a manager hovering in and out the door way 3 times but he newer even looked my way, so I could get his attention nor did he seem to be paying attention to the restaurant floor at all.
