Terrible service at Ocean basket was very disappointed as I always go to Ocean basket for lunch to entertain one of the children. yesterdays service was terrible waiter was rushed and irritable with us we just sat down they brought our menu and she rushed us to order and when we were still deciding on the extras she rolled her eyes at us as and didn't bother hiding her irritability. She then brought us bread rolls with our condiments and practically through it on the table the rolls was stale and cold as if it just came out of the fridge and one waiter told us its probably yesterdays rolls. Brought it to the managers attention he didn't apologise just took the rolls and walked away I asked him for another for another waitress which he obliged hesitantly and walked away. Luckily for him the waitress was friendly and efficient her name was Isabelle I am sure he will lose many customers if it wasn't for Isabelle's friendly attitude. I will definitely not be going back to Ocean Basket ever again to Isabella I say thank you and stay as efficient and friendly as you are.
