On Saturday 26/01/2013 I decided to order the special on promotion 1 Whole chicken with chips rolls and Liquifruit, firstly I battled to get through the number either was busy or continuously rung and went to an anwering machine, only to get through after many attempts and be put on hold. When I finally get to order I am told I cant order the special because there are no rolls (how can you not stock enough if this is on advertisement & also rolls are optional with almost every meal), so I asked the woman if I can order the special without the rolls then she tells me no i cant because there is also no Liquifruit. Anyways I place by order only for that to be late as well, I wait approximately 1 hour then I call back only to be told that there is only 1 driver for delivery, when the driver finally gets to my home all my food is squashed very untidy in 1 bag and when I ask the driver how many are out on delivery he tells me 2 drivers so the lady who took my order is a as well. It is shocking to know this was the 1st Nandos opened as the service is terrible, and I know for a fact that the Nando's at Alberton &The Glen gives great service and their meals are prepared neat&tidy
