My Card was cloned and used illigally

I took my family for lunch at the Ninos Moses Mabhida stadium before going to watch the rugby at the tank across the road. During this time a staff member managed to clone my banking card and all its details while i was paying. They then managed to book a plane ticket with Kuhulua about an hour after i left to watch the game as i was notified via sms .. this is shocking, and when i called they informed me that the manager will call me back . its 3 days later and i'm still waiting for a call
