Poor quality food and Bad Attitude

I ordered 4 small pizzas from them and asked for it to be delivered as I had visitors and wanted to buy for the kids. The pizza delivered was disgusting. The cheese was burnt and was like little awful pieces instead of melted. The kids ate a few pieces, but left the rest. I called and spoke to the manager, Ebrahim. He said that the cheese was a problem and that they complained to head office about it. I said, what must I do with pizza that I spent R131, 50 on and no one can eat. He said he would send the driver to collect what's left and refund me. After 2 hours, no one still came. I called again and my husband spoke to Ebrahim. He said that he did not know where the driver was. My husband threatened to complain to the franchise and the manager hung up the phone. My husband then drove to the store with the pizza to get our refund. The manager still had a bad attitude and the driver who was suddenly there, said that he did come and knock on the door, no one answered. Rubbish, we have a secure electronic gate that has to be opened before you can get into our yard! He asked for the owner's number, we tried calling a few times, just rings!!! Disgustingly poor service and quality food!!
