Shocking Treatment

I took my family for lunch at the Ninos Moses Mabhida stadium before going to watch the rugby at the tank across the road. During this time my banking card was cloned along with all its details while i was paying. They then managed to book a plane ticket with Kuhulua about an hour after i left to watch the game as i was notified via sms ..

I received notification via an sms and i called the line. Now understanding i'm very upset i was left holding for over 10 min, and then cut off 3 times before i finally managed to get through to someone who felt like he was doing me a favor. then proceeded to not calm me down but to instruct me that my language is not acceptable and i informed him that if it was him he would just and off as i am and then proceeded to cut the call... and then leave me unable to get back through for a further 48 min .. in this time i was frantically trying to cancel my card to stop whoever else was trying to use it.

i find this totally unacceptable. i finally managed to get through to someone else at around 7:30 pm. 4 hours after the initial conversation happened. to finally cancel my cards. this is shocking service
