I visited the Wimpy in Belfast and wanted to buy a cup of coffee. After standing in the "to go" Que I was informed that the area was closed and that I should order from the take out section. This was 16H00 and the abrupt manner that i was told ""we are closed" seemed rather abrupt and unprofessional. Do we still regard clients as important to our business, or should we, as the paying public, accept that the Wimpy does us a favour?
While waiting for our coffee, we observed a waitress wiping a overspill on a plate to be served to client with a filthy rag. Are we to be exposed to extremely disgusting hygiene from this group?
