We are regular customers of Wimpy at the Queens Corner shopping centre. A friend of mine ordered a mega coffee and she received a mug filled with 1/4 full of coffee and the rest foam. She drank some of it and send it back to be replaced. The waiter replaced it but charged for a second coffee (at R18 per cup!). When we enquired, the manager informed us that she should have send it back immediately without touching it and that she will have to pay for the second cup. His attitude was so sickening and his tone of voice patronizing! He also informed us that there are customers taking his business forward and ones damaging his business. We are in the latter group. So therefore Wimpy, you will not see us ever again. Not even if my toddler beg me to go there! You are not worth our money!
