On a cold and rainy morning of 21 October 2013 I was needing a cup of Wimpy cheer when I walked into the Wimpy Brightwater Commons branch at approx. 07:30 am. Obviously their business hours are from 8am but the doors were open and I asked the manager but she gave me a very abrupt and rude remark about opening time being 8am and sitting outside. I simply obliged, smiled and waited outside in the partially covered seating area. I sat waiting outside until 08:40am before that same manager eventually asked if I would like a cup of coffee. My coffee eventually arrived just before 9am and the wonderful cuppa that I was looking forward too ended up to be the first mug served by the shop for the day and was horrible as the froth was not done properly and was extremely strong.By now I was freezing from the cold but the shop was not ready to take in patrons as the floors were still being washed. Two patrons had already opted for Spur at this stage. Just after 9am the manger walked up to the shop Windows and asked if I was fine at which time I took her on about letting me sit outside from 8am and then still serving me bad coffee. I asked for the bill & she still made me pay for the coffee
