On 25/06 I decided that I wanted Lunch from the Boost bar in Centurion mall... Much to my dismay they had absolutely NO food for sale as they were sold out, at lunch time. That is poor preparation.
I then decided I would have a Lemon Crush, advertised on the menu as R28-00. I was then asked if I prefer my juice with more of an orange or lemon taste, I told her lemon, but I was not told that this would be an extra charge. I was then told that it would be R34-00. I complained to the server and she couldn't have cared less.
I then gave her my vibe card when I paid, which she put down on the counter and forgot about. When I asked for my card she shoved it back at me and said I could sit while I waited for my juice. She then turned to a gentleman standing next to me and started to flirt and hold his hand and stare longingly into his eyes... Lovely, treat your customers like rubbish because your boyfriend is waiting for you. This is absolutely unacceptable. Boost needs to train their staff in customer service. Staff also need to tell customers if something is going to be an extra charge and how much so that we can make a decision based on finances.
I will not be using Boost again.
