Yesterday afternoon we went to Steers in Bothasig,
As we present a credit card for payment (same one we've been using there before), the cashier gives it to one of the kitchen staff and she takes it to the back.
Firstly you don't take a customer card out of their sight, you should call the manager to the front of the store.
They then tell us they can't except this card because their manager said the bank charges are too much.
We then requested to speak to the owner, which they phoned and she tell us they don't except Master cards, Blue Bean or Discovery Cards.
Seriously, you going to send customers away because you don't want to pay bank charges, is that not part of business?
These are legal methods of payment, you can't turn a customer away for that.
And nowhere in the shop is notices up to say they don't except these cards.
