Bad Attitude to customers

I ordered a carrot cake, the cake was not fresh and crumbled when scooped. Called Lihke who was the waitress to complain. She thus went to the manager whose name is Paul, he showed irritability in front of me for complaining and was rude when he came to talk to me. He said thats how its supposed to be and tok from me and left for the kitchen. He did not offer anything to replace that cake and billed me for it.
