The waiting period for the food is absurd at the above-mentioned restaurant. In my opinion Vangate Spur was the best halaal restaurant and I have noticed a tremendous drop in their time to bring ones food to the table and the quality of the food. approximately 3 weeks ago my family and I waited 45 minutes for our food and half of the burger meals for the kids were off and had to be replaced with chicken burgers. Last Wednesday just before noon my mom and I went for lunch their and the branch was extremely quiet yet we had to wait 30 minutes for our food and the portions were smaller than what it should be and the manager insisted that it was correct yet when I asked to remeasure the portion so satisfy myself he never wanted to. I go to that branch at least twice a month but am totally disappointed and would not want to endure another terrible experience and would therefore refrain from going there
