Alamo Spur Steak Ranch - Pathetic Service

30mins after placing our order i asked the waiter why i food was taking so long, she said she would try her best as understandably it was "burger monday" at alamo spur in tygervalley.

Now waiting approximately 40mins i asked to speak to the manager as our food has still not arrived, and a couple who have been seated after us have already received there food.

45mins of waiting and the manager rocks up with our order saying that there was a mix up in the kitchen.

I did not accept the food as this is pathetic customer service from the family restaurant.
