Drivers and cashiers atYeoville Nandos are colluding to over charge delivery customers.
When I confronted them today - I was given sass and attitude!!! When I tried to call the store, the call went unanswered. So I just paid what was on the slip and we exchanged choice words with the delivery guy.
I'm reporting this because it's not the first or second time this is happening. I would have told the manager if my call was taken by the branch.
It irks me to no end that my just through hoops to get decent customer service from this branch!
IS THAT THE NANDOS WAY? I just wanna order chicken... Cmon!
