Manager with bad attitude & incomplete orde

I'm writting this with utter disgust at the treatment & service from nandos, i always order from them and all the time we dont get given, eating utensils, incomplete, wrong order & when you call the manager Timba who refused to give me his full names & surname & then hung up on me, i dont how does he lead his stuff with this kind of attitude, pls give him ppl skills traing & customer service, he gives me attitude, today i order & i get sent an incomplete order when i call them i get told they dont have drivers they will give me the roll next time when i order this is totally unacceptable, i have paid money & i expect a complete order. I take time to call them & I pay for the delivery service, i want to expose NANDOS RANDBURG MALIBONGWE very unprofessional & denting the NANDOS brand name i for one personally i have lost the little loyalty i had left for them... Something has to be done or get your staff traing they need a great deal of that especially customer service & how to pack correct orders. I have been tolerating this bad service for too long & they know everytime i order i always come back & complaint bt they dont learn or do things right
