We order from Fidelity Security and this is the 3rd time my giblets were spilt all over the rest of the food. On top of taking almost an hour for delivery, charging us R15 for delivery, this is what we have to accept. The driver says thats becuase its giblets, it always falls, so then why not find a better way of transporting the livers and giblets. half the gravy was spilt over the rolls, burger and wedges that i ordered. We give Nandos a lot of business and this is really bad service delivery. i will not order from nandos horizon view again, and I will make sure I tell my colleagues about this as well!
