SOGGY CROISSANT/DELAY IN SERVICE

Went to this shop (I frequent it regularly) and ordered a Rise & Shine croissant. The pastry was soggy, flat and the fillings had no taste. I accepted it and was fine with paying for it as I was hungry and needed something to eat. It was not substantial, either. My friend came to join me - and this is where I was ticked off. She ordered a bacon and maple syrup waffle. It took them (the manager got involved) twenty-five minutes to serve a simple waffle. Even though the manager was involved, it still took them this long and it wasn't very busy because you had waiters standing around. She was given a free coffee, but that felt patronizing. We also had to ASK for the whipped cream she ordered with the meal.
Consequently, we were half an hour late from our daily lunch break, and that cost us something.
I then called the customer care line, and spoke to a man called Buhle. He told me I will receive an SMS notification with a reference number for my complaint, but I said I couldn't as there was something wrong with my phone. He was going to call me back with the reference number, but an hour and a half later, I had to call in and HOLD the line to speak to him again. When he answered, I
